Comforts is the practical heart of the collection: six private studios, each with air conditioning, a pantry, a refrigerator and TV, set in a calm garden with ample parking. You get the independence of your own space and the warmth of a family run stay.
Behind the building, shared washing machines and an RO + UV water filter make longer stays comfortable. Restaurants, supermarkets and delivery (Zomato, Swiggy, Instamart) are all close by.

A note from the management · energy conservation
THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE WASTAGE OF ENERGY. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SWITCH OFF THEIR AIR-CONDITIONERS AND FANS WHILST LEAVING THEIR RESPECTIVE APARTMENTS. FAILING THIS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO SWITCH OFF THE MAINS. ANOTHER WORD OF CAUTION IS NOT TO LEAVE THE WINDOWS/DOORS OPEN WHEN THE AC IS IN OPERATION. HELP US TO CONSERVE ENERGY.

Registered guests & visitors
For the comfort, privacy and security of everyone staying with us, overnight stays are limited to the guests in your confirmed booking, and no extra mattress is provided unless arranged with your host in advance. If you'd like a visitor during your stay, please let your host know beforehand; additional overnight guests need prior approval and may be subject to the applicable occupancy and booking requirements. We also kindly ask that visitors and guests remain considerate of the neighbours and others staying nearby.
A calm, respectful home
The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited on the property.
Caring for the home
Please treat the home and everything in it with care. Any accidental or intentional damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances or other property should be reported to the host promptly. Costs arising from significant damage or loss may be recoverable from the guest.
A small safety reminder
Before heading out, please make sure doors and windows are secured and lights, air-conditioning and electrical appliances are switched off when not required. It helps us conserve energy and keeps the home secure while you're away.
Cancellations & refunds
If your booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before check in, the full amount is refunded. If it is cancelled less than 48 hours before check in, one day's rental is forfeited.

Misquita Comforts is a building of 6 private studio apartments. You get your own studio; allocation is on availability and you can note a preference when you enquire.

Each studio has air conditioning, unlimited WiFi, a refrigerator, a pantry with induction hob, kettle and toaster, TV, fresh linen and solar hot water. Shared conveniences include laundry, RO and UV drinking water, and parking. Cleaning is twice a week.
Do you take longer stays?
Yes. Comforts suits both short breaks and longer stays, with a pantry, refrigerator, shared laundry and weekly cleaning that make weeks as easy as days.

Yes. There is ample free parking on site, in quiet, green surroundings.
How far is the beach?
Benaulim Beach is about 1 km away, a short walk. Margao station is about 4 km and Dabolim Airport about 20 km. Distances are approximate.
When is the off season and are rates lower?
Our off season runs from 15 April to 14 October. During this period nightly rates are lower, at ₹1,500 per night. Message us with your dates for the exact quote.
