A heritage Goan home furnished throughout with antique furniture, for long term stays near Maria Hall, Benaulim. Old-Goa character in every room: carved wood, period pieces and generous proportions, with the comforts of a modern home behind them.
Antique furniture is the heart of Heritage. This is a real Portuguese-Goan home, not a themed build, where old wood and period detail set the mood. Four air conditioned bedrooms and an air conditioned altar room, a very spacious sitting room, a large kitchen with an outdoor platform and a traditional Balcao.
Behind the character are proper comforts: its own washing machine and RO + UV drinking water, solar hot water in every washroom and the kitchen, and inverter backup. It is offered for long term rental only, so tell us your move in date and how long you would like to stay, and we will talk you through availability and terms personally.

A note from the management · energy conservation
THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE WASTAGE OF ENERGY. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SWITCH OFF THEIR AIR-CONDITIONERS AND FANS WHILST LEAVING THEIR RESPECTIVE APARTMENTS. FAILING THIS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO SWITCH OFF THE MAINS. ANOTHER WORD OF CAUTION IS NOT TO LEAVE THE WINDOWS/DOORS OPEN WHEN THE AC IS IN OPERATION. HELP US TO CONSERVE ENERGY.

Registered guests & visitors
For the comfort, privacy and security of everyone staying with us, overnight stays are limited to the guests in your confirmed booking, and no extra mattress is provided unless arranged with your host in advance. If you'd like a visitor during your stay, please let your host know beforehand; additional overnight guests need prior approval and may be subject to the applicable occupancy and booking requirements. We also kindly ask that visitors and guests remain considerate of the neighbours and others staying nearby.
A calm, respectful home
The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited on the property.
Caring for the home
Please treat the home and everything in it with care. Any accidental or intentional damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances or other property should be reported to the host promptly. Costs arising from significant damage or loss may be recoverable from the guest.
A small safety reminder
Before heading out, please make sure doors and windows are secured and lights, air-conditioning and electrical appliances are switched off when not required. It helps us conserve energy and keeps the home secure while you're away.
Cancellations & refunds
If your booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before check in, the full amount is refunded. If it is cancelled less than 48 hours before check in, one day's rental is forfeited.
At Heritage Homestay
- Long-stay reservations are confirmed for the full period agreed at the time of booking. If a stay is booked for three months, the reservation commitment applies to the full agreed period rather than being treated as separate monthly bookings.
- The Heritage Home contains original and antique pieces that are part of its character and history. We kindly ask you to handle all furniture, decor and heritage objects with particular care.

What is included in the stay?
Each studio has air conditioning, unlimited WiFi, a refrigerator, a pantry with induction hob, kettle and toaster, TV, fresh linen and solar hot water. Shared conveniences include laundry, RO and UV drinking water, and parking. Cleaning is twice a week.
Can I stay short term?
Heritage Homestay is offered for long term rental only. Tell us your move in date and how long you would like to stay, and we will talk you through availability and terms.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is ample free parking on site, in quiet, green surroundings.
How far is the beach?
Benaulim Beach is about 1 km away, a short walk. Margao station is about 4 km and Dabolim Airport about 20 km. Distances are approximate.
