Enquiries are free. A stay is secured once your host has confirmed availability and rates and the required payment has been received. An enquiry on its own does not confirm a booking.

Rates vary by season and length of stay and are shared on request. Long-stay reservations are confirmed for the full period agreed at the time of booking - a stay booked for, say, three months applies to the full agreed period rather than being treated as separate monthly bookings.

Overnight stays are limited to the guests in the confirmed booking; please let your host know in advance if you would like a visitor. Please treat the home with care; any significant damage or loss may be recoverable from the guest. The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.
