Two fully furnished 3BHK apartments in one house near Maria Hall in Benaulim, one upstairs and one down, sharing a common entrance. The more private, more spacious homestay in the collection: each apartment has its own washing machine and drinking-water filter, so your stay stays entirely your own.
Exclusive is two self-contained 3BHK apartments, one on each floor, up and down, in the same house. Each has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of them ensuite), and is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with its own kitchen, washing machine and RO + UV water filter, so once you are inside, the apartment is entirely yours.
You share only the common entrance and a porch, so it still feels like your own home in Benaulim. It suits families and small groups who want space and privacy, with the same family run care as the rest of the collection and the beach a short walk away.

A note from the management · energy conservation
THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE WASTAGE OF ENERGY. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SWITCH OFF THEIR AIR-CONDITIONERS AND FANS WHILST LEAVING THEIR RESPECTIVE APARTMENTS. FAILING THIS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO SWITCH OFF THE MAINS. ANOTHER WORD OF CAUTION IS NOT TO LEAVE THE WINDOWS/DOORS OPEN WHEN THE AC IS IN OPERATION. HELP US TO CONSERVE ENERGY.

Registered guests & visitors
For the comfort, privacy and security of everyone staying with us, overnight stays are limited to the guests in your confirmed booking, and no extra mattress is provided unless arranged with your host in advance. If you'd like a visitor during your stay, please let your host know beforehand; additional overnight guests need prior approval and may be subject to the applicable occupancy and booking requirements. We also kindly ask that visitors and guests remain considerate of the neighbours and others staying nearby.
A calm, respectful home
The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited on the property.
Caring for the home
Please treat the home and everything in it with care. Any accidental or intentional damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances or other property should be reported to the host promptly. Costs arising from significant damage or loss may be recoverable from the guest.
A small safety reminder
Before heading out, please make sure doors and windows are secured and lights, air-conditioning and electrical appliances are switched off when not required. It helps us conserve energy and keeps the home secure while you're away.
Cancellations & refunds
If your booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before check in, the full amount is refunded. If it is cancelled less than 48 hours before check in, one day's rental is forfeited.

Do you take longer stays?
Yes. Exclusive Homestay suits both short breaks and longer stays, with its own washing machine and drinking-water filter. For bookings of more than 3 months at a stretch, the rate is ₹80,000 a month.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is ample free parking on site, in quiet, green surroundings.
How far is the beach?
Benaulim Beach is about 1 km away, a short walk. Margao station is about 4 km and Dabolim Airport about 20 km. Distances are approximate.
When is the off season and are rates lower?
Our off season runs from 15 April to 14 October. During this period nightly rates are lower, at ₹4,500 per night. Message us with your dates for the exact quote.
