Exclusive is two self-contained 3BHK apartments, one on each floor, up and down, in the same house. Each is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with its own kitchen, washing machine and RO + UV water filter, so once you are inside, the apartment is entirely yours.

You share only the common entrance and a balcony, so it still feels like your own home in Benaulim. It suits families and small groups who want space and privacy, with the same family run care as the rest of the collection and the beach a short walk away.
